Great job

It was difficult to locate the entrance to your new service department. However, once there your representative, Vonda Deibler, kept us informed.

I went for a scheduled oil change, filter check, and tire rotation. I told them I would be waiting in the customer lounge. I was there for two and a half hours and finally went to check in my vehicle status. It was finished, but no one came and told me. When I checked my bill at home, I discovered that my tires had not been rotated because ‘no lock key’, which was in the back of the car. They didn’t come and ask me where it was. Then, a day after my appointment, my change air filter warning came on. This is the second time that I have waited over two hours for an oil change. Very disappointing, as we have been Kempton customers for over twenty years and come from out of town.

Everyone was very very personable. Mr. Kempton took very good care of me. He listened when I said I didn’t wanna go for a ride. I love my car. I love it. Love it love it.

I went to have my battery checked , I definitely needed one . They checked to see if they had one and were able to get it done right then . Competitive price also .

My squeaky brakes were fixed, and that is awesome. The checklist that was completed during my vehicle service was not accurate. The tire air pressure was marked as if they checked it, but they did not. I traveled less than 24 hours later and my tires read low. These tires are supposed to have nitrogen and I don’t think they checked it at all. I called to inform the service manager about it. Also, I believe the trunk lid to our vehicle was scratched, because it was not there the day before when we washed the vehicle, but was there the next day. I also spoke to the service manager about this, but have no proof that it was done there, although I don’t know where else it would’ve been done.

Service was fast and easy.
