I didn’t receive the service I have come to expect from Kempton’s Service center. The first couple of times I called while trying to get a tow to Kempton’s I was met with Friendly and Professional. Once my truck was set for a tow to the shop I called and requested a tire balance and rotation on top of the service the truck needed.The next day I received a text indicating that my truck was ready so I gave the shop a call, I was met with someone who seemed bothered by my call and inquiry on the original issue with my truck. Not friendly at all. I went the following day to pick up my truck and found out that the tire rotation and balance had not been done but thankfully the original problem was taken care of. Kempton Chevrolet has had our business for several years and this is the first time I have left disappointed.

A seal was replaced. It took more than 2 months to get the part.

I don’t ever get the answers I’m looking for. the service department has no clue of what they are doing any time I call about an issue with my vehicle depending on what’s going on they tell me I need to go to talk to the salesman that sold me vehicle. How much sense does that even make to you please I would like to know thank you

It was a good visit, but they wanted to give my appointment away and i was on time. Give people 15 mins before you take their appointment. After the time that was scheduled. Thank you.

Always so helpful and do amazing job on my car!

I scheduled my apt at the dealership on 5th St. and was bounced over to their sister shop on 8th St. Then they had my vehicle 4.5 hours and didn’t even complete the work I scheduled.

Took my traverse in for a wash and front grill was still full of bugs
