We gave a list of items that we needed checked and they called to say it was ready when we picked it up it still had most of the problems not taken care of so we took it right back they did fix them but still didn’t do a recheck on the alignment that we had asked them dor

I didn’t receive the service I have come to expect from Kempton’s Service center. The first couple of times I called while trying to get a tow to Kempton’s I was met with Friendly and Professional. Once my truck was set for a tow to the shop I called and requested a tire balance and rotation on top of the service the truck needed.The next day I received a text indicating that my truck was ready so I gave the shop a call, I was met with someone who seemed bothered by my call and inquiry on the original issue with my truck. Not friendly at all. I went the following day to pick up my truck and found out that the tire rotation and balance had not been done but thankfully the original problem was taken care of. Kempton Chevrolet has had our business for several years and this is the first time I have left disappointed.

A seal was replaced. It took more than 2 months to get the part.
