The dealership took a lengthy time to work on my vehicle, did an oil change that I did not request and tried to charge me for it stating that my oil was low when I had just changed it the week before, and I was not consulted on any of the prices or parts that were put into my vehicle until after the work was compleated. The costumer care representative was kind and understanding. Because of the poor communication, price, and results of there work I will not reschedule with kempton and I will not recommend there services to anyone.
I took my vehicle in to get a new radio that I purchased from an individual unlocked and programed for my vehicle. They were not able to re-program the radio to my vehicle through no fault of theirs. GM has made it difficult for honest owners to purchase stock radios and have them installed. The radio was purchased from an individual that replaced it with radio with more options. I had the VIN number of the vehicle that the radio came out of and the original owners name. The radio was from the same year vehicle as the one I have. I paid for the technicians time as it was no fault of Kempton Chevrolet that the radio could not be re-programed for my vehicle.

I was greeted immediately by an employee--might have had something to do with the fact that there were no parking spots to be had and I parked next to door? When the service was complete--the vehicle was brought right to e door--might have had something to do with the fact that I was using a walker? Regardless, I appreciate the effort!

I was promised multiple call backs and did not receive them. If I had not kept calling I would not have known that the part was in, I was waiting for. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received.

After going to the Douglas dealership, which is an hour away, and being told that a new OnStar antenna would cost $500 plus $1,500 for labor, I drove to Safford. Kempton Chevrolet where I bought the truck replace the antenna for around $386, including labor. I then sat in the parking lot & tried to restore my SiriusXM radio. I just could not have completed this task without help from Levi. He was wonderful & patient, helping me talk to the SiriusXM folks & restore service. He is very customer service oriented.
