I took our warranty suburban to have the lift gate fixed, and an exhaust smell investigated. The lift gate was working intermittently, now not working at all since being "fixed". The exhaust leak was said to be "identified" and fixed. It was not. However, the front staff is friendly.
Always glad to see me, answer all my questions and service my vehicle. Can't think of any way I could be more pleased. Just for the heck of it, why don't you ask current owners of your vehicles what they like/dislike about them. What new features they might suggest.

Its VERY easy - u make appt. , go a little early , tell them yor their , give them the keys , walk around or sit & watch tv in comfort with snacks & drinks available , they come & tell u Its ready - EASY ! THANKS FOR A COMFORTABLE TIME KEMPTONS !

They had me schedule an appointment to get a small, plastic seatbelt cover put on. I sat there for an hour. Finally went to ask if it was done yet, only to be told “he said he needs to do one small thing to it first”. Putting the small, plastic cover on was the ONLY small thing that needed to be done. So I basically sat there waiting for an hour, for a 2 minute repair to be done.

Whenever we need to service our vehicle they always do everything that we request. The other day we got an engine light on our suburban and we were able to get appointment at our convenience to get it checked right away. They ordered the part and has been installed when they received it right way. Very pleased with their service when we need it.
