I recently took my vehicle in for service at the Clifton Station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great convenience for me to have my vehicle serviced locally, to avoid travel time to the main dealership in Safford. As always, service was professional and exceptional! Having a local service station as part of the Kemptons Chevrolet Team is an excellent idea and very positive for the people in our area. I was unsure if I wanted to own a diesel truck, so I went around town asking other dealerships the pros and cons. Kempton Chevrolet and there team (Clay & Raymond Parr ) in the auto body parts took the time (30 min.) to answer all my questions. They did not act like I was taking up to much of there time.They made me feel really good about buying one. They even stated that I could come back and ask them any questions later on.I recommend that anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle to talk to these gentleman. Kyle and Kip went above and beyond as they always do to make sure we are happy customers. Our sales man David Farr was extremely awesome as he did not make us sit there while he did the paperwork. He sent us on our way and called us the next day to finish up the paperwork. The max time we spent in Kempton's was a little less than 2 hours in the two day's combined.
Living in a small town with limited options for vehicles I searched on the internet for 6 months to find what I was looking for. Anna was great. She responded right away and let me know when the vehicle arrived. David was great. He explained everything thoroughly regarding the sale and specifics of the 2019 Chevy Colorado. Great experience. I brought my car in cause it was overheating and the service department was very thorough in the diagnosis of the problem. They didn't have any more loaner cars but was very helpful in getting me a rental at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend Kempton Chevrolet to any one looking for vehicle.

My car was experiencing a rattle underneath ,and they checked it out , turns out to be the Left rear control arm and spring insulator, on my 2014 chevy Impala. I told the receptionist that I had a service contract and it was documented in my service files and they never mentioned it to see if I was covered for repairs. I brought it to the receptionist's attention, and her response was very obscure and said she knew I had a sevice contract and said she will call the company and then call me after that. Well she has'nt called back since last Fiday the 24th, 2019.
