When I called and made my reservation I asked that they check the right rear door because it kept locking. When they called and said it was ready I asked them about the door and they had forget to look at it so I had to stay about 45 minutes then I went home and had to return later. they wasted my time.

Vehicle went in for routine maintenance and received a tire rotation. When I received the car back the low tire pressure warning light in the dashboard was on. The air in all tires should have been checked with the rotation and air added as needed.
Upon completion of my vehicle being serviced Levi Melser sat down with me and thoroughly explained what the problem was and what they had done to repair it. I had never experienced that type of personal attention with a vehicle repair. Outstanding service.
