Confirmed Service Customer
This poor rating is not for the dealership. This is for the body shop behind the dealership. I bought my wife a new car from Kempton's and as luck would have it, some not nice person hits that new car. The scratch was not even noticable unless one knows how dramatic receive. That 1 scratch cost me 600.00. Damn.

Called set up appointment with dealership I brought car in for recall on the day appointment they set up sat in waiting room for about half an hour to have them come tell me they didn���t have part really why would you set up a appointment an not have the part better yet why not call me an tell me before I drive over fifty miles to find out you didn���t have the part your dealership is a joke an this isn���t the first time I had issues with the service you provided

I took my car in to have the water pump inspected because I had it leaked under the right front tire. I ended up getting a quote for a evap canister that was in my fuel tank that needed to be replaced because it was cracked or damaged for $800. So my question was how did they go from a leak in the front of the car to the evap canister at the back of the car that is on top of the fuel tank? At one time I would have recommended Kempton's with glowing recommendations, after the last to trip to have my vehicles serviced there I am having my doubts.
